Hi, I’m Jennifer Bronsnick, but you can call me Jen.

I want you to know that I see you. I understand the pain, exhaustion, and overwhelming struggle that comes with anxiety. It takes incredible strength to face your fears and seek help, and I want to honor your bravery. 

You might be feeling like you're constantly drowning in anxiety, desperately yearning for moments of beauty and joy in your life. You know deep down that it's possible to learn the skills to cope with stress and anxiety, but you haven't found the right person to guide you on your journey to thriving...yet. I've been where you are, and I want you to hold on to hope. Anxiety doesn't have to control your life. It doesn't define you. It's possible to find peace, confidence, and liberation from the grips of anxiety.

My approach is holistic and draws from various modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Human Design, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis + Health Coaching, Energy Psychology, Heartmath, Sex Therapy and more. We'll uncover the techniques and practices that resonate with you, helping you reclaim your peace of mind and unlock your innate resilience.

And here's something special: I am a firm believer in the incredible power of animal-assisted stress management. Animals have a way of connecting with our hearts and souls, offering unwavering love and support. Together, we'll explore how your deep bond with your pets can play a role in your stress management and emotional well-being.

I want you to know that you're not alone on this journey. I'll be by your side, supporting you every step of the way. Growth can be painful, but with the right mentor, you can learn to cope in the moments of anxiety and cultivate lifelong resilience.

What makes me an expert?

My professional experience includes:

  • 18+ years working with women and families in schools, hospitals and private practice

  • Conducted over 2000 emotional support animal evaluations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and a Clinical License to practice Social Work in New Jersey, New York, Florida, Connecticut and Vermont.

  • Certification in Holistic Health Coaching from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition

  • Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional

  • Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner

  • Certifications in Human Design, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, EFT, Mindfulness, and Quantum Alignment

  • Author/co-author of 4 books and one coming in December 2020 (See Below)

  • Creator of the Paws 4 Wellness app and healing community

When I'm not working, you can find me cherishing moments with my family, attending self-healing workshops, hanging out with my dog Winnie or immersing myself in the study of Human Design, Trauma-Informed practices, Nutrition for Mental Health, EFT, and Business Growth strategies.
